- How many hair bundles do I need for a full install?The amount needed depends on your desired fullness and hair length. Many installations use approximately 2 to 3 bundles for shorter to medium lengths and 3 to 4 bundles for longer lengths or a fuller look. Your stylist can recommend the ideal quantity for your specific installation.
- Is each order for one bundle or multiple bundles?In the area right after the product's title, it states whether the product is sold as one individual bundle or multiple bundles. This information is also included in the "description" area of each product. If a product is not available as a multiple bundle product, select the quantity you would like when ordering from our single bundles if you need multiple bundles for your installation.
- Can I color the hair?Human hair can be professionally colored. However, chemical processing can affect the hair's condition and curl pattern. We recommend having coloring or lightening services performed by an experienced professional and conducting a strand test first.
- How do I maintain the curls?If you purchased curly, wavy or similar curl patterns, keep the hair moisturized, minimize excessive brushing, and detangle gently from the ends upward. Water and a lightweight leave-in conditioner can be used to refresh and redefine the pattern between shampoos.
- Can I use these bundles for a wig?Yes. Our human hair bundles are suitable for custom wigs, sew-ins, and other extension installations. They may also be paired with a compatible closure or frontal to create a complete look.
- What is the returns policy?Every Miracles Hair Studio order is backed by our quality promise. Because hair extensions and wigs are hygiene products, all sales are final. However, unused and unaltered items may be eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If you have a product concern, contact our Customer Care team within 7 calendar days of receiving your order so we can review it fairly. Please inspect your order before shampooing, coloring, cutting, installing, or booking a hair appointment, as altered items are not eligible for return or resolution.
